We are the South East's premier Coach and Minibus service, offering accessible and competitively priced journeys for anything from school trips to weddings, from Switzerland to Stockton-on-Tees. With over 50 years' experience in the transport industry, London Coaches boasts a fleet of high-capacity vehicles under the eyes of a nationally accredited driving team -- which along with our streamlined booking system, makes it easier than ever to get you where you need to be.
When you book with us [hyperlink to booking page], we ask for the purpose, size and duration of your trip so that we know how best to serve your needs. Then we check your distance from one of seven pick-up points (see below [would include map]); for larger groups, outside locations may be possible. Next thing you know, you'll be enjoying one of our spacious coaches complete with air-conditioning and toilets as well as unbeatable refrigeration and media facilities. Or, if you prefer, you'll be zooming along on one of our cheap, trusty minibuses. Because the comfort and safety of our passengers is paramount, all vehicles are fully accessible including to wheelchair users and those with special needs.
This expertise doesn't come from nowhere. Ever since Geoffrey Dyer founded London Coaches in 1967, we've been committed to providing customers with the fastest, comfiest and most affordable travel solutions. Mr. Dyer's original fleet comprised just one (non-air-conditioned) bus, ferrying local recreational groups between Bayswater and Hammersmith. Safe to say, we've come a long way since then! But although he could never have imagined London Coaches becoming what it is today, we like to think that our founder's enterprising and community-focused spirit live on in service we give to over 4000 passengers each year. To keep in touch with our roots, 10% of our profits goes to the award-winning Geoffrey Dyer Foundation, which provides activities and support for young people in that same West London community.
In light of the ongoing health crisis, the government has issued new guidelines for the transport sector. London Coaches have implemented these immediately, because our service means nothing without the safety of our passengers. The following now applies to ALL London Coaches journeys:
- Facemasks must be worn by passengers and drivers. The latter will receive extra protective equipment and screens.
- Distancing will be in place and we will not take bookings for more than 30 people.
- Vehicles will be deep cleaned between parties so that passengers can step on our Coaches and minibuses with confidence.
